Can You Say Pressure?
Keep the pressure on... Never doubt the impact we can make as a group speaking the truth with a single voice... We all want every child in the Syracuse City School district to have access to a sound, basic education. They deserve it!
The Board in Syracuse has given every superintendent since Meno a hard time for a lot less problems. I can't imagine why the Board Members are supporting her to the level in which they do.
Who is supporting the people behind all this changes? It has to be people in SCSD, the board, the press and the Mayor and her Crew. It is WAY past time that these events, and dis-heartening treatment of professionals who WANT to work with the diverse SCSD population. Just like we tell our students. " Time to be loud and proud!" We need to right the wrongs that have been created for us. Do the research - Danielson, Broad, Contareas, Peaterson, "Talent Management" - all related...
I just can NOT wrap my head around the fact Contreras still has a job!!!??!! Can anyone answer the question?
